THE SIMPLE VERSION OF EVENTS!!

SIMPLIFIED CHRONOLOGY.

1997Left England to go to france for career change and teach English to French businessmen as independent teacher.

1998Met my wife Dominique (she is French) we were married same year.

1999;Approached by Microbilogy company Biomerieux to work with them they represented 80% of my business I built a company based on this one contract which was 15 000 hours teaching per year.Agreement with Biomeiruex work half market price first year then work full market price year two,this one contract made me totally dependent on Biomerieux.

2000;I am informed by training manager to have biomerieux promiseshonoured I must have a sexual relationship

With her,I refused.Even though she had the power to bankrupt my company I refused this blackmail. I reported this harassment to biomerieux ,no action taken

2000; Biomerieux refuse to honour contracts.2 managers biomerieux makeracial comments against my

Black teachers. I report racial comments and contract irregularities to biomerieux. No action taken.

2001; Numerous contracts broken by biomerieux,threats made to myemployees,refusal to pay invoices.

End this year again offered large contract to have a sexual relationship training manager,again

refused.The tactics used against myself and wife were more and more aggressive ,threats to cut

contract etc.I could not walk away I would have put 20 teachers on unemployed list and they had

given up houses and jobs to come to work for me.I am trapped.

2002;Training manager sacked for sexual harassment by biomerieux.this was political decision because

I was going to make it all public.The abuse continued and intensified. My wife and I were informed face to face (Dominique was 7 months pregnant at this time) by Biomerieux that”gangsters could come into our house” “ I could be attacked“”experts from their Company were going into my computers to look for information, I was physically attacked for the first time ..

note:I could not walk away without bankrupting my company and always believed this would stop. , we were pawn sin their internal politics one side asking me to to retract my statement on the training manager the other side wanting me to strengthen it both wanting it not to go public .And they could not get rid of me for fear publicity.

2002; I went to lawyer for legal advice,without speaking to me the lawyer contacted biomerieux and the History intensified.

2002.We could not have a family naturally , My son is a test tube baby !My son Edward is born prematurely (brought on by the threats of Biomerieux )

2003; Biomerieux senior directors try to blackmail me to help them in personal fight against ex director I refuse to become involved.

2004; Biomerieux break contracts,refuse to pay invoices.I write alain Merieux owner of the company.

Biomerieux without any notice break my contract,the biggest in the country. I begin legal action against biomerieux again they try to blackmail and again i refuse ..

We receive hundreds of anonymous phone calls,our cars are attacked over13 times,I am physically

Attacked again,this time it is serious and I am taken to two hospitals,the doctor told my wife I

could have been killed. The police have been building their dossier,because of the seriousness of the attack enter Biomerieux

Biomerieux refuse to speak to them,finally the police interview senior management present and

Past.police tell me Biomerieux are very powerful,they know people “criminals”.I am advised to

Sell my Company and even leave the country.

2005; Both Dominique and myself are ill after all these years, Dominique thinks of suicide.my company

Going out of business,I try to sell it.We both have psychiatric help.

2006 Weeks before going bust I manage to offload the company,8 years of work for nothing,I had before 2000 worked for 2 years alone building clientel.We had nothing.

2007 We returned to England,Dominique was ill .

2008 I was in legal action with Biomerieuix i wanted to end this to try to save my family .:I gave biomerieux one more chance I wrote to all management,the Vice President of the company Thierry Bernard Biomerieux North carolina in America spoke to me he confirmed hisknowledge and acceptance Of all the threats his company had made to my family!

This was the last straw for Dominique.

Dominique returned to france but she was too afraid to live there ,afraid she might be attacked and Informed me she was going to live inCambodia ( she was born in Cambodia her mother is cambodian and she has some family there ), she had to be away to feel safe and she was Taking my son with her. To avoid my son been taken the other sideof the world and away from me I brought him to England. I am charged under the hague 1980 child abduction act, have to appear twice before The biggest court in the land, Like all fathers I lose.

Edward initially returned to France.Then taken to Cambodia illegally and without my authority.

The most important thing in my life gone.I try to end my life.

2009.a,I can go to Live in Cambodia but my son wants to be in England with me and all his family so decide against that.b,I can attack Dominique in court but it might kill he r(and i know why she fled ) and it would hurt my son who has now been in 3 countries,numerous schools etc..c, I need to find a way to encourage Dominique to return and with my son ( we would not be a couple ) but all deserve peace.

The fight back:

2009. Alone I begin the fightback.I began totally alone. 2009 to 2011 i network building contacts, collecting all the legal documents and building websites. And building support in the Uk but mostly in the USA.

2010 Biomerieux lie to the press why Dominique went to cambodia “ she went of her own free will “Dominique made a video to demonstrate why she went to cambodia.

2010 December 1st I come to America.

I have been invited to America by the American public to stand outside Biomerieux in North Carolina and protest to bring awareness to my story. For 14 weeks i stood outside Biomerieux North Carolina in the coldest weather in North Carolina history.I gave 20 000 flyers out. was threatened with arrest on many occasions. Had my life threatened. went on hunger strike for 35 days only stopping when the sheriff informed me Mark” they want you to die and no one will know”. he was right. Whilst in the US I wrote to president Obama 150 times ( I have the mails ) . Every senator and congressman/woman. Travelled to Florida from North carolina to try to meet senator Rubio (I slept in a tent for three weeks).

July 2011 I am preparing to return to the UK.

My story is now growing daily it has been in the US press 9 times (but not mainstream) it has been in an Indian magazine (readership 2million) written by an international journalist who contacted Biomerieux before hand-they responded in writing and lied ,she wrote article confirming their lie

17000 people have joined a facebook group 9000 of them Americans (including 35 fathers groups) 5000 British and people from many other countries.The people are very passionate and active and it grows daily. British politicians are becoming involved and this also has a twist which could create a large scandal in the UK for Ed Miliband labour leader possible next prime minister who has just informed people he does not know me or this history and has never met my MP Tom Blenkinsop (to cover his lack of reaction) unfortunately for him the MP member of parliament involved wrote me constantly stating 9 meetings with Ed Miliband and his team ( This has happened in the last few days) I attach the mails from Member of parliament Tom Blenkinsop.

In writing this chronology I am exhausted. I leave America in 1 week disappointed I am not returning with my son but America and her incredible people have given me a shot.You have helped me get this momentum going.Thousands of Americans tell me when i am in the Uk protesting they will flood the internet.One American journal wishes to continue to write on my UK protest until conclusion. In Hampshire when I return 100 people will initially stand with me in protest including journalists. My intention is to stay outside this company until the help me get my son back or my body gives out. I will never quit and when you read the above you will realise I do mean until the end.

The level and passion of support I have around the world and their intensity I cannot do justice to here. The lady who drove from Florida in an old car to North Carolina to protest with me and stayed for 4 months.The American man who though having issues in his own life has given enormous time building and maintaining all internet sites.The leader of a fathers group in Michigan who has now brought 35 other fathers groups to support me.The people in England who are writing and telephoning each day for me.The numerous people on facebook who have now added my sons picture to their own profile pictures on facebook in a sign of support etc.



All I cannot tell you is the ending but there are only two. I will get my son back and live a life of obscurity or I will remain outside this companies Uk HQ until my body gives up.
